Hello I was wondering fi someone had some insight into the pure comparitive laws in Arizona pertaining to a rearend auto accident. I was involved in an accident last year where someone hit me from behind sending my car across two other lanes of traffic into a small wall totaling my car. Unfortunately I wasn't wearing my seatbelt at the moment of impact and suffered head, neck and back injuries. So I'm wondering how in a settlement case does this impact my ability to recover damages? Also what is the formula lawyers or insurance companies use to determine a settlement amount?
