I recently got a DUI and had to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet for 3 months. Yesterday I had an appointment to go to the office to get it removed. An hour before my appointment the gentlemen calls me and tells me to meet him at the 7/11 gas station to remove it. I get there and he proceeds to tell me that he lives in the apartments behind the 7/11. He is the only technician in the surrounding county that works for this company and the only person that uses the office. The main office for this company which you deal throughout this whole monitoring deal scheduled this appointment at the office and this guy called and changed it. He is the one that put the bracelet on me at his office 3 months ago. I took video of the whole deal you can see everything from him taking the bracelet off to people pumping gas in the background. I want to take legal action against this company where do I start? This was clearly against my privacy rights.
