My sister's friend was giving us a ride somewhere (she was a beginner at driving) She parked the car downhill and we all proceeded out of the car when she realized she forgot to park the car. The car started rolling down the hill and unfortunately my foot ended up getting run over by the car and she stopped and braked on my foot for a solid minute before moving it because she was in such shock. My ankle and foot were badly injured (a couple torn ligaments and tendons) I wore a walking boot for 7 weeks and a hard cast for 3 additional weeks. It's been almost 8 front page months since the accident and still going to physical therapy and in a lot of pain EVERY single day. The driver's insurance has determined she was at fault and have someone who is dealing with the Medical part of the claim (Medical bills) and someone else who is working with the out of pocket money I will be getting.
My question is, how much money would be a reasonable amount to settle? I don't want to be greedy, but at the same time I'm going through a great deal of pain and think someone should pay for this!

Between a dollar and a gazillion dollars.
Nobody can estimate what your claim is worth without a thorough review of the injury, treatment and other factors.
Consult a personal injury attorney.
